One lucky freemagazines.co.za subscriber will win BMW Motorrad Rider Gear to the total value of R30,000. The winner will visit their nearest Motorrad branch to choose the products they want, ranging from Leather Jackets, helmets, rider jeans, rider sneakers, rider gloves and a BMW Motorrad T-shirt.

To enter, sms the word ROADTRIP followed by the word MOTORRAD and your NAME & SURNAME, EMAIL ADDRESS and CLOSEST DEALERSHIP (branches listed below) to 35131. Cost per SMS is R3,00. This competition will run for THREE months. Competition closes 30 November 2017. Only ONE entry per subscriber is allowed. If the entry is not done as prescribed above, it will be disqualified – ALL the details have to be sent with the sms. Terms and conditions apply.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

(1) The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over except employees of BMW South Africa and TCB Media. Magazine, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the competition. (2) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. (3) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. (4) An entry to the competition will only be valid if the reader subscribes to RoadTrip magazine at www.freemagazines.co.za and then send the SMS with the necessary details. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. (5) Only ONE entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. (6) Entries close on 30 November. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Winner will be drawn on 1 December 2017. (7) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. (8) The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: (9) All entrants are required to register on freemagazines.co.za and join the TCB Media mailing list to qualify for the competition. (10) All entrants consent to receive marketing from BMW Motorrad, freemagazines.co.za and its affiliated publications. (11) BMW Motorrad and TCB Media are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. (12) The prize is as follows: BMW Motorrad Rider Gear up to the value of R30 000. (13) The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. (14) Winners will be chosen at random by means of a draw. The outcome may be amended at the discretion of BMW Motorrad and TCB Media should the winner not be contactable or is found in violation of terms and conditions. (15) The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. (16) The winner will be notified when and where the prize can be collected / will be delivered. (17) The competition organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. (18) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. (19) The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. (20) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. (21) Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. (22) The Organisers shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. (23) The Organiser’s also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
